Information Security Policy

Abstract

This Information Security Policy is based upon OFMDFM's Information Security Policy and has been revised appropriately to reflect the organisational structure of the Commission for Victims and Survivors. It describes in detail the context, governance arrangements and actions that are required to provide assurance that the Commission fully meets its obligations in this important area. The specific purpose of the document is to bring together into a single source an overview of the various policies, procedures and structures that have been put in place to ensure the delivery of a safe environment for the handling of the information and data required by the Commission to carry out its responsibilities.
