Industrial Court (Northern Ireland)
The Industrial Court (Northern Ireland) is a tribunal with legal powers whose main function is to adjudicate on applications about legal recognition and derecognition of trade unions for collective bargaining purposes, where such recognition or derecognition cannot be agreed voluntarily.
